A Peek Inside My Sketchbook

I don't know about you but I love looking at artist's renderings. A sketchbook is where all the planning, designing and day dreaming for a painting begins...the raw images and notes. Here's a little peek inside my sketchbook.Journal with my favorite little sketchbook on top.

I doodle pages and pages of little 1X1 thumbnail drawings. Then when I need an idea for a painting it's right there in my little book of thumbnails.

Have a Happy 4th of July and enjoy the fireworks!!!!! Haven't been to a rodeo in a long time....humm might be a fun thing to do on a holiday...just a thought. What do you do to celebrate? See you soon
