The Rain Has Returned

Finally, after a long hot and very dry summer the rain has returned to the Pacific Northwest. We are all doing a happy dance around here because  we are so hoping the fires forest fires will soon be out, especially the one that  ravaged the beautiful Columbia River Gorge. But there are fires everywhere in Oregon this year. It's pretty sad. Anyways, we're happy that the rain is back. Here's a short little video I took the yesterday day. The first drenching downpour day of the season.  

 While it was raining I spent time in the studio painting. This one, below isn't finished but thought I'd show it to you anyway.
